  • sol yoga sessions are personalized, fluid, dynamic & therapeutic sessions that emphasize intention & focus on pranayam (breath), proper alignment, body flow & core stabilization. we use the breath to quiet the mind & allow the body to release & relax into each asana (posture) all while rejuvenating the body's systems by use of hatha, restorative, vinyasa, qigong & kundalini yoga techniques. the practice/yoga prescription is centered on the client's individual & specific needs physical, emotional & spiritual needs. 
  • kundalini sessions combine mantra, mudra, pranayam & meditation for a full body, full heart, full sol experience.
  • chakra balancing sessions are 7 sessions designed to invigorate & inspire energy into the designated chakra areas.
